Textured Painting
All you need is:
A bowl
Elmers glue
Toilet paper
Shred the toilet paper into tiny pieces into a bowl. Next pour in a good glob of Elmer's glue. Squish an mix until you get a nice pasty texture.
Using either a Popsicle stick or your fingers if your my kids to smear it onto construction paper.
Let dry completely.
Paint with your choice of paints.
