Magical fizz
Fluttershy really got a kick out of this. She would try to guess what color it would be and would still be surprised even if it wasn't the right color she thought.
To make a fun baking soda & vinegar activity place 4 spoons with 3-4 drops of food coloring in each. Fill the rest of the spoon with baking soda and set aside.
Fill 4 clear cups with vinegar 2/3 full. Place on a cookie sheet.
We'd guess which color it though it would be and pour it in.
When they get older we'll have to cover why it has the reaction it does, but for now we can just enjoy the fun of watching it react and make mysterious colors. Thanks for the inspiration http://momto2poshlildivas.blogspot.com .
