Happy new years!
Our exciting party started with pizza and sparkling cider which we ate on a blanket on the family room floor. Our rocking party included playing shoots and ladders, cooties, go fish, and candyland. We also had fun whacking these weird little exploding balloons grandma Jayel sent to us. The were great. You smack the package and a balloon immediately inflates till its too big for the package they are in, at which time they burst the package open and go flying. Very cool. We let the girls stay up till 8:30 p.m. They we tucked them in bed.
Our exciting night (yup we're really party animals) resumed with a rather difficult puzzle that had pictures within the picture with additional shaped puzzled pieces too. Fun but rather obnoxious. Took us two days to finish this 650 piece puzzle. Last year was a great year and I know this year will be even better.
